CISA: Chinese crude steel output still showed a downward trend in late Oct

According to the data released by CISA (China Iron and Steel Association), China's registered steelmakers contributed a daily crude steel output of 1.5054 million metric tons in late October, down 3.55 percent as compared to middle October. Meanwhile, China's average daily crude steel output was estimated to stand at 1.717 million metric tons in late October, down 4.6 percent vs middle October.

On the other hand, looking at the entire steel production in October, Chinese average steel output came to 1.7864 million metric tons, which had rolled back by 5.48% from 1.89 million metric tons in September.
